I was in an abusive relationship, but I had no idea until after I left. I worked hard to make it work for over a decade, but I didn't know that as much as I was trying to love & fix him; he was breaking me down to nothing. I believed I was the problem; this drove me to almost self-destruct after being isolated from my friends and family. I lost all my self-love and felt so unworthy.

It took a lot of time & suffering to learn and understand what was happening. I wasted so much time suffering instead of healing, so I decided to use my voice to help other women in the same situation, unaware.

I knew there had to be other women in the same situation, and I decided to use my coaching certification to good use and help others become aware by understanding, learning & rebuilding after abuse.
